How long did you think it would take us to figure out that we could put our delicious homemade meatballs inside a warm sub roll and smother them with sauce and cheese to create a delicious sandwich that can be ready in about 5 minutes? About this long! Mmm, now that's a sandwich!

Are you hungry for a HOT and DELICIOUS Calzone?
We are pleased to announce our new menu item - the Calzone! A Calzone is an Italian turnover made from our tasty pizza dough and stuffed with creamy riccotta cheese and your choice of three delicious fillings.

• Try the Mattioli Special Calzone which is filled with our homemade Italian sausage, pepperoni, salami, yellow onion, black olive, mozzarella cheese, and our own pizza sauce. Served with a little warm pizza sauce on the side for dipping.
• Our Plentiful Pepperoni Calzone is filled with pepperoni (LOTS of it), mozzarella cheese, and our own pizza sauce - with more pizza sauce on the side too.
• Want a different calzone flavor? Try our Chicken Bacon Ranch Calzone filled with grilled chicken, bacon, red onion, tomato, mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, and ranch sauce. We serve this one with a little extra pizza or ranch sauce, or a little cup of each if you would like.
